(Munich, 12, Mai 2023) PlastiVation Machinery GmbH looks positively back on Kuteno Kunststofftechnik North 2023. Interest in the four injection molding machine lines of the Tederic ‘NEO series’ was very high among plastics processors, and the trade show exhibit, a NEO-E55/e110h electric toggle injection molding machine Nwas sold directly at the Kutone. Shortly before the Kuteno, a package of three large NEO·H machines was sold to an automotive supplier and the N NEO·E wurde mit einer was awared with bronze. A second-generation NEO-E machine is to be presented at Fakuma.
Kuteno exhibit and large machinery package sold
“The Kuteno exceeded our expectations. The trade fair exhibit was sold directly on the first day, we held very high-quality discussions with plastics processors from North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony, and our services were also in demand. One year after the premiere at Kuteno, it has been confirmed that the Tederic ‘NEO lines’ continue to gain popularity. We will be back again in 2024,” says Bengt Schmidt, founder and CEO of PlastiVation Machinery GmbH. Directly prior to the show, a package of three large NEO-H two-platen hydromechanical injection molding machines was sold to a leading automotive supplier in Germany to equip a European production plant. “The productivity of the Tederic ‘NEO lines’ is convincing plastics processors more and more. Plastic products with up to seven components can be manufactured on the large NEO-H and NEO-M machines, and applications with shot weights of up to 650 kg using X-Shot® technology are possible on the NEO-H,” says Schmidt.
Award for electric injection molding machine NEO·E – second generation planned for presentation at Fakuma
At Kuteno, polypropylene shopping cart chips were produced on a high-performance NEO-E55/e110h electric toggle injection molding machine. At the end of April, the NEO-E electric injection molding machine lines received a bronze award at the world’s largest inventors’ fair, the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva, for, among other things, low energy consumption (Euromap 9+) and its high precision in the manufacturing process for products in the automotive, packaging, electronics and medical industries. “The electric trade show exhibit has convinced plastics processors and visitors at Kuteno. Tederic has just launched the second generation of the NEO-E electric injection molding machine series, the upgrade of which also explicitly takes into account requirements for German and European users. Accordingly, we are planning to present a second-generation electric injection molding machine at Fakuma,” says Schmidt, already looking ahead to the trade show in the fall.
