At the forefront of industrial innovation, we are making injection molding machines smarter and more efficient through cutting-edge digital solutions. These advancements empower operators, technicians, and maintenance teams by enhancing information transparency and optimizing production efficiency. Our approach emphasizes seamless integration of injection molding machines into existing systems, avoiding the need to build from scratch. This principle extends to our proprietary injection molding machine series, the Hurricane.
A key driver of this strategy is the availability of robust MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions already established in the market, particularly in Europe. The machines in Tederic’s NEO Series are designed to connect effortlessly to these systems. For essential interface implementations like Euromap 77, as well as connections to robots and other peripherals, we frequently utilize proven modules from KEBA Industrial Automation in Linz, Austria. This collaboration allows us to leverage KEBA’s strong market presence and reliable functionality to enhance system performance.
This year, we also advanced and showcased new integration technologies at the Fakuma trade fair. Using Virtual Network Computing (VNC), we demonstrated how external devices and control systems—such as temperature controllers and hot runners—can be displayed and operated directly from the machine’s control panel. In partnership with Sensorfact, we highlighted the advantages of an intelligent energy monitoring system. This solution enables precise measurement, recording, and analysis of energy consumption across various injection molding machines and production cells, unlocking significant energy-saving opportunities.
Both our customers and our team benefit from innovative support tools like the ServiceNet remote service solution. These tools facilitate process troubleshooting, remote maintenance, and software updates without the need for time-consuming and costly travel.
Looking ahead, we are actively developing a roadmap for expanding intelligent control system capabilities in the coming year. In collaboration with Tederic, we aim to further enhance the technological innovation of our machines on a global scale. Multiple visits to Tederic’s facility in Hangzhou, China, this year have allowed us to evaluate existing solutions and identify new areas for development, feeding our pipeline with promising ideas.
As we prepare for an exciting and productive year ahead, the entire team remains focused on delivering excellence with K 2025 as our steadfast goal.
