PlastiVation offers plastics processors efficient production solutions for manufacturing value-added products

PlastiVation Machinery GmbH has set up itself for sales of the Tederic NEO series injection molding machines in Germany. The Munich-based start-up offers owner-managed and medium-sized plastics processors, efficient production solutions on which high-quality products can be manufactured on stable injection molding machines in line with specific applications.

High-performance injection molding machines for various applications

“With Tederic, we have gained a partner that offers the right performance features for various injection molding applications, particularly with its NEO series electric injection molding machines: Flexible, functional and with easy operator guidance. All this at a reasonable price, stable and reliable,” explains Bengt Schmidt, founder and CEO of PlastiVation Machinery GmbH. Owner-managed and mid-sized plastics processors can use the four product lines in the Tederic NEO series – NEO-T, NEO-H, NEO-E and NEO-M – to enhance their market position and value chain, optimize production and avoid downtime, and produce value-added products for their customers. “At the beginning of 2022, our sales team will be complete and available to our customers for personal and custom-fit support,” Schmidt emphasizes. The four product lines can be used to manufacture high-quality products for applications in the automotive, packaging, medical, logistics and construction industries, as well as for household- and consumer goods. The Tederic NEO series will be on show live next year in May at the Kuteno Nord trade fair and at the K 2022.

Confident outlook for 2022

Following the successful market entry and set-up phase in Germany this year, Schmidt is looking ahead to 2022 with confidence. “The cooperation with Tederic is based on a strong foundation. Internal processes have been consistently digitilized from the very beginning. In addition, the feedback from owner-managed and medium-sized plastics producers has been very positive.” The company places great emphasis on ‘customer care’ and offers comprehensive services in the form of repair, maintenance and servicing. In addition, customers receive application technology support at the 800m2 application center in Munich, from process engineering to on-site machine optimization. “Our experienced team of experts knows almost all production, application and control processes inside out. In addition, Dr. Daniel Ammer has been on board as Vice President Research & Development since December 1, 2021, and will drive our ambitious ‘Hurricane’ project in the coming years: The development of a high-performance injection molding machine lines on which customers can manage their plastics production digitally, efficiently and ismart, and which helps them to create added value in their segment on an application-specific basis,” says Schmidt.
