PlastiVation Machinery GmbH draws a positive conclusion from the premiere of the Tederic ‘NEO series’ at the Kuteno Kunststofftechnik Nord trade fair. The Tederic ‘NEO series’ injection molding machines were presented for the first time at a plastics trade show in Germany. Interest in the high-performance NEO-Ec electric toggle injection molding machine was high. The company’s focus now turns to the grand opening of the application center on July 7 in Munich.
German premiere of the Tederic ‘NEO series’ successful
“Kuteno was just the right place to present the Tederic ‘NEO series’ to plastics processors in production. Interest in both the NEO-Ec electric toggle injection molding machine and the entire Tederic ‘NEO series’ product portfolio was very high at the German premiere,” says Bengt Schmidt, founder and CEO of PlastiVation Machinery GmbH. “We had numerous very good and specific discussions with plastics processors. I would like to thank my team for their great commitment to explaining to customers and interested parties the advantages of the Tederic ‘NEO series’ for their respective needs. A big thank alsogoes to the organizer; the Kuteno was perfectly organized, the informally atmosphere is outstanding. We will be there again in 2023,” says Schmidt.
Trade show application: environmentally friendly and reusable packaging
At the Kuteno, a NEO-E208c/e840 with a clamping force of 208 t and a screw diameter of 50 mm produced a reusable polypropylene (PP) snack box on a mold from IWPM GmbH. The electric toggle injection molding machine was equipped with a KEBA machine control system and a 15-inch screen. The electric NEO-Ec also has an integrated servo hydraulics as standard, including a complete core pull control system. Plastics processors can experience the injection molding machine and application in production again on July 7 at the opening of the application center in Munich.
