PlastiVation Machinery GmbH has officially started sales activities of Tederic ‘NEO series’ injection molding machines in Switzerland and Austria. Consequently, the German mechanical engineering start-up is exhibiting for the first time at Swiss Plastics Expo (Lucerne, January 17-19, 2023, Hall 1, Booth D 1091). A transparent plastic cup will be produced on a high-performance NEO-E55/e110h all-electric toggle injection molding machine at the show.

“K 2022 has impressively confirmed the growing popularity of the Tederic ‘NEO series’ among German and European plastics processors. We are pleased that about one year after the sales launch in Germany, we will now officially start sales activities of the four injection molding machine series in Switzerland and Austria,” emphasized Bengt Schmidt, founder and CEO of PlastiVation Machinery GmbH. At the K 2022, Terry Zheng, CEO of Tederic Machinery Ltd., had given his commitment to the location Germany and confirmed its essential role in the course of Tederic’s growth strategy in Europe, which will now be supported with the sales activities in Switzerland and Austria.

“Consequently, PlastiVation is now exhibiting at Swiss Plastics Expo for the first time. As part of our premiere, we are presenting plastics processors from Switzerland with an economically attractive and reliable production solution that enables them to produce their plastic products efficiently and with high value and to increase their productivity,” says Schmidt. A transparent plastic cup made of polystyrene will be produced on a powerful NEO-E55/e110h all-electric toggle injection molding machine with a clamping force of 55 t and a screw diameter of 25 mm. The NEO-E55 is equipped with a KEBA machine control and a 12-inch screen. The cup weighs 37 grams, and the minimum cycle time is 40 seconds. The tool partner is HASCO Hasenclever GmbH + Co KG.
